Our Team has access to the information You provide while submitting Your Booking request to allocate the best contact person from BtoBnice to the scheduled meeting. Such information includes Date & Time, Name, Email Address, Phone Number, Additional Notes.

Furthermore, Your email address, name and time are also integrated in Microsoft Tools of the designated Team’s Member: Outlook & Teams.

The Email Notification of the Meeting is stored by Our website host & by Booking.

  • Testimonials submission

We collect Your Data (name, email, message) if You desire to publish a testimonial on Our site and if You provide it to Us voluntary by email : contact@btobnice.com This Data will be accessible by Our Team, but also by all the visitors of Our website (except for Your email address).
